Chill Skills is a fun and engaging wellbeing program designed to help children develop emotional awareness, confidence, resilience, and practical coping skills for everyday life.
Through creative activities, mindfulness exercises, movement, games, guided conversations, and calming strategies, children learn healthy ways to manage stress, worries, friendships, emotions, and big feelings in a safe and supportive environment.
Our goal is to help children feel calmer, more confident, connected, and emotionally supported both at home and at school.

HOW DO YOU KEEP CHILDREN SAFE DURING SESSIONS?
Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment is our highest priority. Sessions are supervised at all times and designed to ensure children feel comfortable, respected, encouraged, and emotionally supported throughout the program.
WHAT AGE GROUP IS CHILL SKILLS SUITABLE FOR?
Chill Skills is designed for children aged 5 to 13 years. Activities and discussions are tailored to be age-appropriate, engaging, supportive, and easy for children to understand and participate in.
Does my child need a referral?
No referral is required.
Does my child need a diagnosis?
No. Chill Skills is suitable for all children who may benefit from emotional wellbeing and resilience-building support.

Meet Kimberley
Kimberley is a compassionate and highly dedicated counsellor who is passionate about helping children, young people, and families navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. With extensive experience supporting children across a range of settings, including counselling services, schools, homes, and community programs, Kimberley has built a reputation for creating safe, supportive, and engaging environments where children feel heard, valued, and understood.
Her warm and approachable nature allows children to quickly build trust and feel comfortable expressing themselves, while her practical and creative approach helps them develop the skills they need to manage emotions, build confidence, strengthen friendships, and overcome everyday challenges. Kimberley understands that every child is unique and tailors her support to meet each child’s individual strengths, needs, and personality.
Throughout her career, Kimberley has worked closely with parents, schools, and other support services to ensure children receive consistent, meaningful support both within programs and in their everyday lives. She is passionate about empowering children to recognise their strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and build the confidence to thrive at home, at school, and within their communities.
Through the Chill Skills program, Kimberley combines evidence-informed wellbeing strategies with fun, interactive activities that make learning enjoyable and accessible, helping children develop lifelong skills for emotional wellbeing, resilience, and positive mental health.
